Attendance
Clock data you can defend in an audit, with geofencing, shifts and a daily muster.
Everything between a person arriving and their hours becoming payable. Built for sites with shifts, boundaries and a supervisor who needs a roll call by nine in the morning.
What it does
Six capabilities, each of which exists because a supervisor or an auditor asked for it.
Each site carries a boundary and a radius. A clock in outside it is accepted but stamped with the distance and flagged, so field staff are never blocked and nothing is silently allowed. Location is read at the punch only, not tracked through the day.
Patterns, rotations, night shifts and split shifts per site. Rosters are published to the people on them, and a swap needs both parties plus the supervisor.
The day at a glance for one site: present, absent, on approved leave and unaccounted, with a headcount that ties to the roster. Printable, and closed off by a named supervisor.
Web, mobile, kiosk and biometric device readings land in one ledger. The source stays on the event, so a disputed reading traces to the device that made it.
Late, early, short break and missing clock out are raised rather than buried. They age visibly and cannot be dismissed without a reason.
Thresholds per contract, site and day type, with weekday, weekend and holiday multipliers. Approved overtime is priced as it is approved.
What it reads and writes
No copies of the people list. This module reads the record and hands its approved output to the next one.
Who sees what

- Supervisor
- One site: the muster, the roster and corrections to sign off.
- Manager
- Their reporting line across sites, exceptions included.
- People team
