Performance
Reviews tied to a cycle, with questions versioned per cycle rather than kept in a folder.
Self review, manager review and calibration inside one cycle. Questions are set per cycle and editable only while a draft is open, so a released rating cannot be quietly rewritten.
The self review is in. The manager draft stays editable until it is submitted.
Nothing submitted yet, so the manager review has not opened.
What it does
A cycle from opening to released rating, with the pay conversation attached.
Half yearly, annual or probation cycles with their own dates, participants and question set. A cycle closes rather than drifting.
Questions versioned per cycle, and different sets per level or job family. Answers stay editable only while the draft is open.
Goals carried forward with their outcome, so the next cycle starts from what actually happened rather than a blank form.
A manager sees direct and skip level reports only. Skip level visibility is read only unless they are the named reviewer.
Ratings compared across a team or level before anything is released, with a record of what moved and who moved it.
Increase and bonus proposals sit against the rating and the current salary, and go to payroll as an effective dated change.

What it reads and writes
No copies of the people list. This module reads the record and hands its approved output to the next one.

- Manager
- Reviews for direct reports, read only on skip level.
- People team
